How do I become a Posh Customer?
- Contact Us and be connected with a member of our Sales Team.
- Complete a new customer credit application.
How do I place an Order?
1. Order Online! It's fast & easy! A username & password is assigned.

What are order cutoff times?
Orders must be placed 2-days in advance by 2:00 p.m. Order anytime before Sunday at 2pm for Tuesday delivery; Monday for Wednesday delivery; Tuesday for Thursday delivery; Wednesday for Friday delivery,Thursday for Saturday delivery; Friday for Monday delivery. Standing orders are highly recommended. For Catering Add-ons & 1-day in advance orders, please contact us for product availability and we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
When must changes or cancellations of an Order be made?
A 2-day advance notice by 3:00 PM on order cancellations/deletions is required.
What happens if I place a Late Order?
Late Orders are subject to a nominal late fee and will only be charged if the order can be fulfilled. Same day orders may be processed with a rush fee depending on proximity. We’ll do our absolute best to accommodate late and/or same day order requests.
What is your holiday schedule?
The Posh Bakery delivers Monday through Saturday, except on Thanksgiving Day & Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas & December 26, New Year’s Day & January 2nd. Customer Service will be closed in observance of the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (1/2 day until 12 noon), Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (1/2 day until 12 noon), New Year’s Day.
We provide notice in advance if any other holiday closures occur.

Does The Posh Bakery only sell wholesale?
Yes, The Posh Bakery sells to approved wholesale customers. The Posh Bagel retail stores & Le Boulanger retail stores sell direct to the general public.
Does Posh offer manufacturing services and Co - Packing?
Yes, Posh has the ability to produce and private-label for Co-packaging opportunities.
Can you individually package items?
